Pannonia’s hit titles were Vatican Museums in 14 countries with local subtitles in 3D; Swan Lake from the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London; Alien; Aliens; and 2001: A Space Odyssey re-releases; Shakespeare’s Globe theatrical performances with local subtitles; and the concerts: Anna Netrebko and Dmitrij Hvorostovsky from the Red Square; The Three Tenors in Rome; André Rieu in Maastricht 2015; Led Zeppelin: Celebration Day; Queen: Hungarian Rhapsody; Rolling Stones: Sweet Summer Sun; Jimi Hendrix: Live in Woodstock; and Doors at the Bowl.
Pannonia launched in the last two theatrical seasons: Florence – The Uffizi Gallery in 3D, shot in 6K; La Scala – the building, the star singers and the star regular visitors (like Alfred Hitchcock, and Grace Kelly); and The Ultimate Exhibition on Leonardo da Vinci from Expo 2015, Milan; and The Papal Basilicas for the Vatican jubilee in April 2016; Exhibition on Screen Season 3; Roger Waters: The Wall; The Three Stars in Munich; Royal Shakespeare Company season; Shakespeare’s Globe season; a Kenneth Branagh theatrical series; the Royal Opera House season; the Lincoln Center ballets; and the Monaco ballets; a Pavarotti series; and a John Williams film music concert even in the Skandinavian territories; and last but not least Swan Lake in 3D from Mariinsky Theatre, Saint Petersburg, Russia in France.
It is unique for it diffuses LIVE and TAPED events with local SUBTITLES even in 3 D (!) e.g. for Vatican Museums, and enhances SOCIAL EVENTS before and after the screened pieces of art, e.g. invites contemporary translators or ballet dancers to make introductory speeches or to perform pas-de-deux on stage; for the Vikings exhibition from the British Museum, it loaned an original Viking war ship to exhibit it in a cinema foyer; for Alien, it got some Alien figured salty cakes prepared, and a motorcycle painted with Alien motives; for 2001: A Space Odyssey, it invited the first Hungarian astronaut, the translator of the third novel by Arthur C. Clarke, a Hungarian film director and a specialist in film music; for Once upon A Time in The West, it invited Claudia Cardinale and Ennio Morricone for the pre-first night in September 2015 to be held in Miskolc, during Cinefest Jameson International Film Festival, Hungary.
Each year, it organizes a whole day multi-faceted Shakespeare Gala (exhibitions; performing choirs, actors, translators, editors, videographers, and scholars; champagne toasts…) with its Allied Partners, Uránia National Film Festival (the Venue), and the Hungarian Shakespeare Committee (the co-organizer Partner) for free for the public.
